Pocket Folder

Pocket (presentation) folders are used to organize and display sell sheets, brochures, or general information used to market your business or provide information to clients. In addition to the standard folder design, pocket folders have 1 or 2 pockets on the inside to hold your materials, as well as optional business card slits on one or both pockets.

Pocket Folder Sizes
These are the standard sizes used for pocket folders. There is also the option of one- or two-pockets, and business cards slits on one, or both pockets. If you are interested in a custom size, please use our quote request form.
  • 9x12
12pt C1S
A heavier stock with a gloss coating on one side and a rougher uncoated finish on the other side. Commonly used for postcards where you want a little thicker stock or pocket folders. Usually printed either 4 color over black only, or 4 color on the coated side only.
12pt C2S
A heavier stock with gloss coating on both sides. Commonly used for postcards or pocket folders where you want full color on both sides.
14pt C2S
Slightly heavier than 12pt C2S, this stock is used for pocket folders that you want printed on the inside also, as well as postcards, and rack cards, or custom brochure projects.
15pt C1S
This stock has a glossy coating on one side. Most commonly used for pocket folders or custom packaging pieces.
Black Front
Printing in just black on one side of the paper. This is used for business forms or simple flyers and is the least expensive method to print.
Black Front and Back
Printing in just black on both sides of the sheet. This is used for business forms, simple newsletters and is the least expensive method to print.
4 color front only
Printing on one side in full color using Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black ink to reproduce most colors. This is the same method used to print magazines, flyers, photographs, newsletters, almost everything that is more than one color. Most commonly used to print posters or pocket folders.
4 color Front and Black Back
Printing on one side in full color using Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black ink as described above and Black ink only on the other side. Most commonly used to print postcards or hand outs.
4 color Front and Back
Printing on both sides in full color using Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black ink to reproduce most colors. This is the same method used to print magazines, flyers, photographs, newsletters, almost everything that is more than one color. Most commonly used to print brochures, catalogs, postcards or presentation pieces.
1 PMS Front
Printing in one solid colored ink to give the look of color without the cost of 4-color process. Most commonly used for business cards, letterheads, envelopes, or other business package pieces.
Black with 1 PMS Front
Printing in one solid colored ink and black to give the look of color with black text without the cost of 4-color process. These can be combined to produce a wider range of color than only using one. Most commonly used for business cards, letterheads, envelopes, or other business package pieces.
2 PMS Front
Printing using two different solid colored inks to give the look of color without the cost of 4-color process. These can be combined to produce a wider range of color than only using one. Most commonly used for business cards, letterheads, envelopes, or other business package pieces.
Front Finish
Finishing coating applied over the top of the printing. This adds either a glossy or dull finish to the piece as well as adding protection of the printed material.
Back Finish
Finishing coating applied over the top of the printing. This adds either a glossy or dull finish to the piece as well as adding protection of the printed material.
Hole Drilling
Drilling the finished piece allows for use in 3 or 5 ring binders, or holes for hang tags.
Shrink Wrapping
Shrink wrapping is commonly used for packaging promotional items, or stocking items for easy distribution.
